Orders
We ship in the contingent United States. Shipping rates depend upon zip code. We will quote you a price before shipping.
Quick Ship Seating ships in 6 weeks. Standard Seating ships in 14-16 weeks. Tables ship in 6-8 weeks. Rugs ship in 2-3 weeks.
All items are custom made to order so all sales are final and can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
- Please inspect all packaging and contents immediately. Please take clear photos and send in an email to joanie@villacerae.com immediately. After 48 hours, Villa Cerae is no longer responsible for damages.
- Please provide photos of all damage on the box, inside the box, and on the product itself.
- If there is any damage or issue with an item being delivered via white glove, please refuse the delivery and have the drivers take it back. Customer Service will be in contact with you regarding next steps. First choice of action will be on-site repair if applicable.
- If the shipment is refused for damage, please state reason for refusal on delivery receipt and notify us at joanie@villacerae.com.

Care
To remove most stains from vinyl coated fabrics, use mild soap and water (always use sparingly). Do not soak cushions. For tougher stains, use a mild cleanser such as Soft Scrub or Magic Eraser. Do not use wire brushes, steel wool or harsh abrasives of the type to clean kitchen utensils.
Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe up spills immediately. For more stubborn stains, a solution of warm water and mild dish soap can be used. Refrain from using aggressive cleansers like Scotch-Brite pads, Comet, Magic Erasers, or Clorox wipes. After cleaning, ensure the surface is thoroughly dried to prevent any damage.
Vacuum regularly and blot spills immediately with a dry cloth. Rugs can be hosed off outdoors to clean.

Online sales are considered a special order and are a final sale.
All shipments must be inspected upon arrival and any damages refused at time of delivery.
In-store sales that are a special order are a final sale.
In-store, in-stock items accompanied by original sales receipt can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a store credit.
